Categories are: 1) Beef, 2) Chicken, 3) Other
Can be cooked off-site
Entries must be ready-to-serve in a slow cooker or heated vessel (Sterno and chafing dishes are encouraged)
Your setup needs to be ready no later than 12:15 PM for Krewe tasting
