Makenna Grace Braniff is the granddaughter of Krewe of Gemini Charter Members, Ray and Patsy Braniff and the daughter of Darrell and Jill Braniff. 

 

Makenna is a Freshman at Benton High School where she is a member of the National Junior Honor Society and the Benton High School Pep Squad.  She sings and performs for the Bossier Schools Talented Music and Talented Theater Arts programs.  Makenna is also a member of Legendary’s Elite Lightning Competitive Cheer Team.  She attends St. Jude Catholic Church and is an active member of their youth group.

 

Makenna loves to sing, cheer, travel and spend time with friends.  In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, swimming, snorkeling, volunteering for any of her member organizations and going to her church's youth sessions.  Makenna has been riding on the Gemini youth float since she was eight years old.  Her family is excited to see her experience this Gemini Mardi Gras season as a princess!
